Ops Experiences Inc. ('the Company') operates OPS RUN ('the App'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the App and any related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the General Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent. The App is available to users worldwide.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Events and Run Clubs

Participation in run clubs, group runs, or events facilitated by the App is at your own risk. By registering for your first run, you agree to the General Liability Waiver and Release Agreement, which applies to all future runs.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

Premium features may require payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed through third-party platforms.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided 'as is.' We make no guarantees about accuracy of route data, event safety, or conduct of users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ops Experiences Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maryland.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
